Maintains, qualifies, and improves wafer fabrication equipment and processes in an advanced manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Monitor fabrication equipment, troubleshoot issues, adjust parameters, and monitor tools after maintenance.
- Qualify new equipment and coordinate qualification schedules and downtime with manufacturing.
- Analyze data, improve processes and SOPs, manage cost-reduction projects, and communicate technical information.

- BS or MS in a listed field: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; Physics; Chemistry; Material Science; or Computer Science (new graduates need a 3.0 GPA or better).
- Experience scripting in Python, VBA, or an equivalent language; understanding of statistical methods.
- Change Point Management experience and understanding of Lean, TPS, or 5S principles; structured problem solving (8D, 7-step, etc.).
- Experience troubleshooting equipment or process failures; ability to support and/or work shifts in a 24x7 manufacturing environment and meet the stated physical and workplace conditions.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analysis software such as Spotfire, JMP, or Matlab.
