Maintains and improves semiconductor ALD process flows and equipment performance, resolving complex fab issues and driving yield, defect, OEE, and cost improvements.
What you'll do
- Monitor process and equipment performance, troubleshoot abnormal trends and critical fab events, and report root causes and corrective actions.
- Identify KPI gaps and lead improvement projects and experiments focused on yield, defects, OEE, and scrap reduction.
- Document optimized processes, create and update SOPs, and coordinate priorities with equipment, technician, and manufacturing teams.
