About the job
Supervise C and D shift electricians performing day-to-day infrastructure electrical operations and incident response to maintain site electrical distribution and fab uptime.
What you'll do
- Lead team safety, training, performance, shift handoffs, and coordination with site departments.
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure work is recorded in iEMS.
- Respond to alarms and incidents, provide technical coaching, and develop plant operations and maintenance procedures.
