Maintains, troubleshoots, and improves pump, exhaust, and chiller equipment and related systems used in semiconductor wafer manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance and post-maintenance qualification on pump exhaust systems; conduct pump changes and troubleshoot chillers and leaking seals.
- Assemble and disassemble equipment, document work, and participate in failure analysis and continuous-improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and support teams to meet quality standards and improve factory equipment performance.
