Operates, designs, commissions, and maintains scrubber and abatement equipment to control contamination in a semiconductor fabrication facility.
What you'll do
- Develop and commission abatement equipment and upgrades, including specifications, risk assessments, and performance qualification.
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance; develop SOPs, preventive maintenance plans, and resolve failures through root-cause analysis.
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance while coordinating cross-functional projects, suppliers, budgets, and equipment reliability.
