Supports semiconductor photolithography manufacturing by installing, qualifying, transferring, and improving spinner and auxiliary equipment.
What you'll do
- Install spinner and auxiliary equipment, including hardware and product qualification; transfer technology nodes, recipes, SOPs, and BKMs.
- Troubleshoot equipment-related defects, quality, and yield issues; analyze and report tool performance metrics.
- Coordinate internal and vendor resources, contribute to equipment and improvement meetings, and provide weekend coverage as needed.
