Installs, qualifies, transfers, and supports spinner and auxiliary photolithography equipment to help maintain semiconductor manufacturing performance, quality, and yield.
What you'll do
- Install and qualify Spinner and auxiliary equipment, including hardware and products; transfer recipes, SOPs, and BKMs for next-generation technology nodes.
- Troubleshoot equipment defects, quality, and yield issues; analyze and report equipment performance metrics.
- Coordinate vendor and internal resources, participate in equipment meetings, and provide weekend coverage as needed.
