Leads CVD process troubleshooting and improvement in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing, including defect reduction, quality-event response, and technology transfers.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot process issues and conduct experiments to improve defect reduction, process control, and throughput.
- Contain critical fab events, document root causes in reports such as 8D, and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Train and mentor junior staff and support technology-node transfers and factory ramps.
