What you'll do
- Operate wafer-level DC and package-level electromigration test tools for reliability evaluations; run evaluations using proprietary software and summarize results in Excel/PowerPoint.
- Help develop preventive maintenance procedures and coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors.
- Collect, analyze, and verify reliability data; manually move 300mm FOSBs containing 25 wafers and occasionally access the clean room to pick up or drop off wafers.
