Own high-volume semiconductor products by analyzing yield performance, resolving yield deviations, and preventing their recurrence across technology nodes.
What you'll do
- Monitor line health and drive yield events and defense-line actions through closure.
- Prepare customer yield materials, align cross-functional teams, and participate in customer meetings.
- Review wafer test maps and yield summaries; analyze commonality and change points to identify yield degradation causes or opportunities.
