About the job
Supports Samsung’s QA Lab VD Team by verifying TV and display products, investigating external evaluation findings, and communicating technical results to internal teams and external reviewers.
What you'll do
- Analyze external evaluation results and reproduce, investigate, and coordinate follow-up on technical issues.
- Verify review samples, firmware/software versions, and product settings; support reviewers and manage sample preparation.
- Coordinate technical meetings and action items, monitor external feedback, and communicate findings across teams.
