Serves as Samsung’s 4G/5G RAN subject matter expert, translating carrier needs into product requirements and supporting feature development, validation, deployment, and network performance.

- Lead customer technical discussions, testing and deployment of 4G/5G features, and Tier 3 troubleshooting.
- Evaluate RAN performance and releases, advise on network optimization, and support pre-sales technical solutions.
