Develops and analyzes 4G/5G air-interface call-processing requirements and systems, troubleshoots protocol issues, and supports carrier-facing product introductions and solutions.
What you'll do
- Translate customer requirements into system requirements and detailed design; analyze product and feature performance and evaluate releases.
- Analyze and troubleshoot 4G/5G wireless call protocols, and provide technical support and solutions to carriers and sales teams.
- Coordinate product rollouts with cross-functional teams, educate customers, and lead and mentor the team as a systems architect.
