Develop and maintain recipes and automated processes for TEM analysis, including sample preparation, imaging, and critical-dimension measurement.

- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot recipes for tools used in automated TEM analysis.
- Operate, align, calibrate, and maintain relevant tools.
- Lead improvement projects and train peer engineers and technicians.
