About the job
Own and develop SandboxAQ’s intellectual property function, managing its patent portfolio and advising on IP risks and strategy across products and business transactions.
What you'll do
- Manage the patent portfolio end to end, from invention review and filing strategy through prosecution and lifecycle decisions.
- Partner with technical teams to identify patentable work, and direct outside patent firms and foreign associates.
- Conduct freedom-to-operate and clearance analyses, support transactions, and build the company’s broader IP program, including trade secrets and trademarks.
