Leads AI-first transformation across G&A, identifying automation opportunities and prototyping agents, apps, and workflows before partnering with engineering to productionize them.
What you'll do
- Set and manage the G&A transformation roadmap, including intake, prioritization, stage-gates, and executive reviews.
- Prototype AI tools and automations, translate processes into engineering specifications, and partner with Systems Engineering, Data, and IT to productionize them.
- Drive adoption and measure outcomes, while ensuring controls, audit trails, data quality, and human review.
