Own enterprise customer relationships and guide customers through Sanity implementation, onboarding, technical planning, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Lead tailored onboarding workshops, advise customers on implementation, and demonstrate relevant product features.
- Support sales and account growth through technical workshops, proof of concepts, and expansion opportunities.
- Create customer resources and integration plugins, relay customer needs to product teams, and help resolve implementation challenges.
