Data Scientist (multiple positions available)

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models using real data.
• Support AI/ML research and development, coordinate requirements, and collaborate with development teams on performance and scalability.
• Communicate results clearly and explore new machine learning use cases.

What they ask for

• Two years of experience with heterogeneous knowledge graphs; graph-based ML models such as GraphSAGE, GAT, or Graph Transformers; cloud-based ML platforms like Azure ML and Databricks; fine-tuning LLMs in RAG pipelines; and AI/ML research, including publishing papers.
• One year of experience with legacy supervised learning models, including development and deployment using methods like XGBoost, and exposure to multi-agent orchestration frameworks and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation; alternatively, a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field plus three years of experience.

Pay

$174,783 - $206,460 USD annual base salary; $174,783 - $229,400 USD targeted combined range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target
