Principal AI Application Engineer - FDE Intelligent Operations

What you'll do

• Define handover criteria for transitioning AI engagements into production operations; build monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities to meet contractual SLAs.
• Establish production quality assurance, security, data-boundary, compliance, and governance practices for AI systems, including drift detection and self-healing capabilities.
• Design scalable operational tooling and processes; mentor engineers and capture operational learnings to improve future delivery.
