Manages SAP NS2 cloud customer engagements from contract signature through delivery and renewal, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating service, project, and commercial activities.
What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding, service delivery, release and maintenance projects, architecture guidance, and governance coaching.
- Coordinate delivery lifecycle activities, reporting, business reviews, and recovery efforts with customer and internal teams.
- Develop customer relationships and pursue cross-sell, upsell, renewal, and SLA opportunities.
