Serves as the primary technical advisor to SAP RISE customers, guiding cloud operations, architecture, service delivery, and migration planning.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discussions about landscape changes, cloud operations, and service delivery; conduct technical and operational reviews and drive issues to resolution.
- Coordinate SAP delivery specialists and review architecture, security, business continuity, and network requirements.
- Shape migration roadmaps with customers, partners, and SAP teams, and support stakeholder communication about service delivery.
