Applied AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Design agent architectures with observability, human verification, and precise context control; build systems that learn reusable patterns.
• Create graph-based company representations, search and retrieval methods, and multimodal parsers for financial and operational data.
• Develop benchmarking and evaluation suites to measure accuracy, reliability, and business impact.

What they ask for

• Strong algorithmic thinking demonstrated through ML research, competitive programming, mathematics, or building novel systems.
• Experience with modern agent frameworks, LLMs, and AI systems, including areas such as fine-tuning, retrieval augmentation, tool use, or agentic architectures.
• Ability to work end-to-end, from research implementation and prototyping through production deployment and iteration on customer feedback.

$175K – $250K (base salary)
