What you'll do
- Own end-to-end customer implementations, including scoping, workflow mapping, deployment, training, and optimization.
- Work with finance and operations teams to understand and transform workflows, and build repeatable deployment frameworks.
- Share customer insights with sales, engineering, product, and founders to shape product requirements, strategy, and go-to-market efforts.
