About the job

Build and operate the low-latency infrastructure that serves and monitors real-time fraud detection models.

What you'll do

  • Build model-serving, inference, feature retrieval, and model deployment systems, including client-hosted model support.
  • Own production ML systems through monitoring, drift detection, retraining, incident response, and on-call; optimise feature pipelines.
  • Work across Python and Go to keep inference fast, and build models where appropriate.

What they ask for

  • Experience building model-serving infrastructure.
  • Production ownership of ML systems, including diagnosing and preventing failures.
  • Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code review, and CI/CD.
  • Comfort with Kubernetes, containers, a major cloud, and infrastructure-as-code.

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in fraud, risk, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with modern browser APIs, high-entropy data collection, or frontier LLMs for automation.

Pay

$175K – $220K (base salary)

Tools

Python, Go, Kubernetes, GCP, Docker, CI/CD

AI focus

Build and operate machine-learning model-serving systems for real-time fraud detection; build models where appropriate and optionally use frontier LLMs for automation.
