Leads quality engineering across Sardine’s platform and customer-facing delivery, setting QA strategy and governance and ensuring product changes and bank integrations are tested, documented, and accepted.
What you'll do
- Lead a globally distributed QA team and own end-to-end quality strategy across web, mobile, and manual testing.
- Establish quality standards, coverage metrics, release criteria, and audit-ready evidence for regulated financial institutions.
- Own quality incident response and partner with Engineering and customer-facing teams on automation, release gating, UAT, and integration validation.
