Own and coordinate complex enterprise client integrations, aligning client and internal teams on plans, milestones, risks, feature requests, and delivery status.
What you'll do
- Manage integration plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and client-specific feature requests through resolution.
- Serve as the client’s main contact, establish governance and communication cadences, and coordinate Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams.
