Tests Sardine’s dashboard, APIs, and mobile SDKs with customers and internal teams to verify requirements, identify defects, and support product releases.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute test cases, regression tests, and structured manual test plans; document results and defects.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, product owners, and developers to clarify acceptance criteria and resolve issues.
- Analyze defects and system failures, and provide technical support during release and deployment cycles.
