Lead Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll do

• Set technical direction and standards for the ML/AI function; build and mentor the team.
• Architect multimodal agentic systems and define evaluation frameworks, datasets, and performance metrics.
• Productionize ML systems for reliability, scalability, and compliance.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of ML/AI engineering experience, including time as a technical lead or manager.
• Track record of leading ML initiatives from problem definition through production deployment.
• Deep experience with LLMs and/or agentic systems, and strong ML fundamentals including deep learning, transformers, and model evaluation.
• Experience scaling production ML systems, including monitoring, iteration, and reliability.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic systems, orchestration layers, or long-context reasoning systems.
• Experience across data, modeling, infrastructure, and APIs; open-source and closed LLMs, fine-tuning, or RAG.
