About the job
Leads multidisciplinary design for capital projects from project definition through commissioning, coordinating internal teams and external design and construction partners.
What you'll do
- Lead design efforts for multiple capital projects and develop their scope, requirements, budgets, schedules, and implementation approaches.
- Coordinate with technical experts, project sponsors, construction, facilities, and EHS; develop RFPs and review and approve designs.
- Engage authorities and municipalities as needed for project approvals; occasional travel.

- At least 2 years leading multidisciplinary design teams across the full project lifecycle in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or technology sector.
- At least 2 years of design experience in architecture, structural, MEP, or site/civil.
- Experience facilitating teams of technical, manufacturing, facilities, EHS, and construction/commissioning representatives.
- Experience with project scheduling and capital budget development and tracking, with a record of meeting schedules and budgets.
Nice to have
- Professional licensure (PE/RA) in the relevant technical area.
