About the job
Leads production inspection activities to ensure assemblies meet engineering requirements, internal quality standards, and applicable IPC standards.
What you'll do
- Inspect in-process and final assemblies for compliance with drawings, specifications, dimensions, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor inspectors, and communicate defects and quality concerns to production teams.
- Verify torque values and striping; support composite and welding inspections and continuous improvement.

- Experience with production or in-process inspection.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications and understand dimensional tolerances, measurement techniques, and torque verification.
