What you'll do
- Support manufacturing technology, including Zebra printers, barcode scanners, production workstations, shop-floor networking, and IoT devices.
- Troubleshoot production-impacting hardware, software, application, and network issues; respond to incidents and coordinate resolution.
- Support production data workflows and queries, coordinate with the IT team, and maintain support documentation.
