What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and support manufacturing systems, including printers, scanners, workstations, networking, and connected IoT devices.
- Respond to production incidents, resolve technical issues, and coordinate cross-functional support to minimize downtime.
- Support production data workflows and maintain knowledge base articles and system documentation.
