What you'll do
- Own enterprise platforms from evaluation and implementation through integration, support, upgrades, optimization, and retirement.
- Lead ITSM and enterprise application implementations, translating stakeholder requirements into system designs and workflows.
- Manage vendors, platform roadmaps, and technical resources while improving governance, automation, and application operations.
