Leads automation projects from concept through production launch to improve shipyard manufacturing throughput, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
What you'll do
- Identify suitable processes for automation, develop roadmaps and business cases, and assess technologies and project feasibility.
- Own automation projects, including equipment specifications, vendor coordination, integration, commissioning, validation, and production launch.
- Support production ramp-up and handoff, document and train teams, and drive automation-related continuous improvement.
