Provides hands-on technical support for manufacturing systems and operational technology to keep production equipment, applications, and workflows reliable.
What you'll do
- Support and troubleshoot manufacturing systems, including printers, scanners, workstations, networking, and connected IoT devices.
- Resolve production-impacting hardware, software, application, and network issues; respond to incidents and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
- Support production workflows and basic data-query troubleshooting.
