Leads planning, execution, and continuous improvement of in-house manufacturing and assembly operations for autonomous surface vessel hardware.
What you'll do
- Manage daily assembly, integration, hardware readiness, build schedules, staffing, and capacity planning.
- Enforce quality, safety, and documentation standards; coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and test teams to resolve production blockers.
- Lead production technician hiring, training, and performance management, and improve throughput, quality, and cost.
