About the job
Ensures quality standards for autonomous surface vessel electro-mechanical systems by supporting manufacturing and production through inspections, dispositions, root cause investigations, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain manufacturing quality protocols, inspection plans, and production-floor quality support.
- Approve in-process dispositions for nonconforming issues and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve them.
- Lead root cause investigations, report quality metrics, and support engineering changes through the ECO/DCO process.
