Designs, integrates, and validates ruggedized power systems for autonomous maritime platforms, including supporting prototype builds and field trials.
What you'll do
- Design and validate power generation, distribution, and conversion systems; develop subsystem requirements, specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Perform power-system analyses, select components, and document design decisions, trade studies, and test results.
- Collaborate across engineering teams and support integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, and dockside or at-sea testing.
Nice to have
- Experience in marine, defense, automotive, aerospace, or mining vehicle design.
- Familiarity with AC (120/240/480V) power distribution architectures.
