Defines ship build strategies and production flows that guide shipyard facility design for efficient, repeatable, and scalable construction.
What you'll do
- Define block-based build strategies, block size and weight targets, and pre-outfitting rules.
- Translate vessel class, annual build rate, and steel tonnage into facility capacity requirements; identify throughput bottlenecks.
- Coordinate build strategy across facilities, heavy lift, manufacturing engineering, and design teams.
