Recruits interns and new graduates by managing full-cycle hiring, campus outreach and events, and the intern program lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to plan campus hiring and recruit for intern and new-grad roles from sourcing through offer and closing.
- Plan and attend university recruiting events, build campus relationships, and guide school and event strategy using recruiting metrics.
- Support intern offers, onboarding, summer programming, and conversion to full-time; manage candidate pipelines in Ashby.
