Forward Deployed Product Manager, Enterprise

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise deployments from contract through production and drive customer value.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and resolve product, integration, execution, and change-management blockers.
• Translate evidence from customer workflows into product guidance and coordinate with FDEs and platform teams.

What they ask for

• 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or a customer-facing product ownership role.
• Demonstrated experience shipping products or platform capabilities into large organizations at production scale, beyond pilots or proofs of concept.
• Experience managing senior customer stakeholders and senior engineers, with strong technical fluency in production systems and architectural tradeoffs.
• Strong ownership, judgment under pressure, communication, and ability to operate amid ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with AI/ML platform products, such as data labeling, RLHF, fine-tuning workflows, or model evaluation pipelines.
• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment, or in a forward-deployed or embedded role.

Pay

$205,600 — $300,000 USD (base salary)
