Build and scale the expert-contributor supply operations that staff Scale AI’s Generative AI customer projects on time.
What you'll do
- Develop acquisition strategies and improve contributor onboarding, screening, verification, and training.
- Manage contributor activation, retention, churn mitigation, skill validation, and project routing.
- Forecast capacity, diagnose funnel bottlenecks, and report supply health and growth progress to executives.
