Lead Scale’s ML Research organization, setting its technical direction and translating frontier AI research into scalable, production-ready solutions and safeguards.
What you'll do
- Lead the ML Research function, including delivery, quality, performance, and roadmap execution; shape its long-term vision and organization design.
