Build and operate shared AI platform infrastructure, tooling, and safeguards that enable engineering teams to develop and release agentic AI applications.
What you'll do
- Own an AI platform component end-to-end, including evaluating vendors, making build-versus-buy decisions, and deploying scalable solutions.
- Build and operate platform capabilities such as agent frameworks, developer tooling, MCP servers and gateways, plugins, and access controls.
- Develop evaluation and observability tooling, and improve platform reliability, code quality, and developer practices.
Nice to have
- Experience developing agentic AI applications, harnesses, MCP servers, or workflows; familiarity with AI agents, RAG pipelines, or agentic tools.
- Experience with observability tooling such as DataDog, developer-facing platforms or internal tooling, identity and entitlements, or software supply chain and package management.
