Leads coordination between systematic investment teams and Schonfeld’s support functions, improving services and overseeing onboarding, budgets, data, and infrastructure initiatives.
What you'll do
- Coordinate collaboration between investment and non-investment teams, including accounting, compliance, operations, real estate, and technology.
- Design and lead onboarding for Portfolio Managers and Analysts; maintain and communicate PM budgets and manage investment-team data.
- Prioritize workstreams and contribute to large-scale risk, valuation, and execution-platform infrastructure projects.
