Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop shared UI platform components, tools, and architectural improvements for applications across the firm.
• Build full-stack UI solutions, including front-end development, backend integration, API design, performance optimization, and observability.
• Improve engineering practices and platform quality, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of professional UI engineering experience, including at least 2 years leading or designing front-end architectures.
• Advanced React and TypeScript expertise, including architecting large-scale component systems and setting front-end standards.
• Hands-on experience using AI throughout the development lifecycle, including building and operating agents and skills.
• Experience with UI/UX and product collaboration, advanced data grids or charting tools, testing frameworks, and leading complex UI applications through production.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools in Finance or Fintech; AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Kafka or Spark, design systems, or React micro-frontends.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Rust.

Pay

$200,000 and $250,000 USD base salary
