Provides industrial security oversight and supports program and facility compliance for a U.S. government defense program.
What you'll do
- Maintain and review security documents, procedures, classified materials, and subcontractor DD254s.
- Conduct self-inspections and audits, implement corrective actions, and enforce personnel and media/document controls.
- Advise program leadership on security requirements, provide briefings and training, and liaise with government security representatives.

- Active Secret DoD security clearance on start date and ability to obtain a TS clearance; must be a U.S. citizen.
- 1 year of professional experience supporting a government contract in an industrial security role.
- Familiarity with security policy/manuals, ICDs, JAFANs, DoD Manuals, and other guiding policy documents.
- Experience coordinating with and advising program managers, contracting, and program security officers on security requirements and DD254s.
Nice to have
- 2+ years prior Industrial Security experience.
- Knowledge of DoD 5200.01 V1-4, ICD 704, ICD 705, & 32 CFR Part 117; experience managing NISS, DISS, SC and similar systems.
Pay
$57,000 - $74,000 USD per year base salary
