Supports Scout’s legal, land, and development teams with real estate due diligence, title and survey work, land transactions, and process improvements for renewable energy projects.
What you'll do
- Review title commitments, surveys, and related documents; identify and coordinate title curative actions.
- Draft and negotiate land agreements, title curative documents, and transaction and financing closing documents.
- Improve and maintain real estate templates, policies, tracking, and processes supporting land acquisition.
