What you'll do
- Manage transactions across the investment lifecycle, including modeling, approvals, due diligence, documentation, and closing.
- Prepare transaction marketing materials, analyze financing proposals, and maintain debt, tax equity, and equity models.
- Coordinate diligence and transaction deliverables with capital providers, advisors, and internal teams.
