Supports renewable energy project and corporate financing through financial modeling, transaction execution, capital raising, and analysis that informs investment and commercial decisions.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain project finance models and scenario analyses; prepare reports and materials for investment decisions.
- Coordinate financing transactions, diligence, data rooms, and deal documentation with internal teams and external counterparties.
- Support financing lifecycle activities, including construction loan drawdowns, compliance, budgeting, and operational-stage project support.
